Not saying go around telling people they suck or are horrible at life or anything. But I and much of the staff highly encourage constructive criticizm. A lot of artists, especially here actually welcome it. Now if some one actually replies to a critique and specifically requests that you don't, then of course you should no longer critique that person. But other than that, open fire with the helpful input. No ones perfect and there's always room for improvement.
